Refund Policy

All products sold by The Francis Way Pets are digital downloads (PDF and MP3 files). Because these files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your order and we will process it.

If your download link does not work, or you received the wrong file, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you. Technical problems are always our responsibility, not yours.
